Building & Walling Stone |

| We are situated just outside the Peak District in an area that has a varied
geology. There are various towns and cities near by that are built from
different types of stone, because of this we are able to source a variety of
gritstones, sandstones and limestones. The most common types of stone we
stock are Yorkshire sandstones, Derbyshire gritstone and Peak District
limestones. We sometimes source less common stone, particularly magnesian
limestone and yorkstone. The prices shown DO NOT include VAT. Please contact us if you need any more information. |

Reclaimed Yorkshire Stone |

400 sq yards reclaimed coursed Yorkshire sandstone building stone reclaimed from a late Victorian church and Rectory. The building stone is in excellent condition, all with a pitched face with some tooling on front wall and corner edges, it has weathered well and is not to be confused with the soft coal measures stone, this a good hard natural yorkshire sandstone. The course sizes are 6" and 8".
Many architectural features to be advertised seperately as project commences. These include, stone window surrounds, door surrounds, stone built arches, heads and cills.

We are currently taking down an old stone building in Yorkshire and we will have approx 15 - 20 tonnes of random sandstone building stone. All of this stone will have a decent building face but are in random shapes and sizes.
The stone is in excellent condition and has weathered well showing various natural colours and
should produce in the region of 3 - 4 sq yards per tonne. |

80 sq yards of reclaimed 9"- 10" coursed and 11"- 12" coursed punch faced building / walling stone. The stone originates from the Worksop/ Mansfield/ Lincolnshire area and has a yellow buff colour where chipped but has a generally nice weathered appearance. All 80sq yards from same building.
We have palleted seperately the smaller courses 9" 10" and the larger courses
11" - 12". All the stone is 4.5"- 5.5" bed with lots of random lengths all over 8"- 9".
We would be prepared to split as we are selling per square yard approx 3.5 - 4 sq yards per pallet. |

| 160-80m2 of coursed yorkshire sandstone walling
reclaimed locally in the derbyshire area. The course sizes are between 3-6" and lengths vary, most would need to be backed off. the stone is a delph walling and is very flat on the top and bottom surfaces making it also ideal for dry stone walling. The pictures show the stone used in a recent walling job and is the same stone we are selling. All the stone is currently inthe yard palleted up ready for despatch. |
