A single decorative reclaimed oak pew. The pew is hand made with a ornate design carved/cut in the centre. We are unable to confirm a date on this but probably 19th century due to the condition.
Once restored it would grace any period property.

Gothic Terracotta Gatepost Tops |

A splendid matching pair of gothic terracotta gatepost tops. These where sympathetically salvaged from the roofline of an old Yorkshire mill.
Sizes are 3ft tall with a base of 14" x 14" at its widest, tapering up to a hexagonal peak.
In excellent condition considering their age. |

Four Stained Glass Panels |

4 unique hand made stained glass arched panels for sale. Each panel is made up of 8 individual squares (68cm x 73cm) and total an impressive 2.92m x 1.36m in size. Each glass square has between 99 and 136 individual pieces of glass held together by a soft milde lead matrix. All eight together total over 950 individual pieces of glass per panel.
The panels have been sympathetically salvaged from a central Sheffield hotel during a recent refurbishment and are believed to have cost £5000 per panel. The workmanship on these is 1st class.
The panels are available with the original arched framework if required, although the brass runners could not be saved. The lead is milde so it is very ductile and it could be laid flat in order to be framed.
The pictures taken do not do justice to the colours that these panels possess - MUST BE SEEN TO BE BELEIVED !
Personally I think these would make an excellent feature within a conservatory, entrance way or swimming pool, anywhere that gets a large amount of sunlight. |

Complete Oak Panelled Room |

An outstanding room completely panelled from floor to ceiling in beautiful hand crafted oak. Original to the 18th century property this is a once in a lifetime find.
The room has an oak fireplace set into the chimney breast with carved pillars on either side.
There are 4 entrance points into the room with another secret doorway that opens out into a shelved storage area, that when closed is difficult to locate. Also in the room is a secret cupboard that would easily house a decanter of some fine scotch and some crystal glasses !
When the doors are closed they form part of the interior paneling, so well made that you must remember where you entered the room !
The room also has oak strip flooring which I believe is also original to the property and period light fittings that i will throw in with the sale of the room.
Sizes of the room approx 27ft x 17ft floor to ceiling pannels at 7ft 6" in height.
The room has now been carefully dismantelled and a detailed diagram kept in order to re-assemble.
This room is probably the best example of it's kind you or I will ever see.

Public Bar & Stained Glass Doors |

A reclaimed timber bar over bar (containing leaded glass) 4 doors (2 leaded, 3 plain) and 2 room dividers with matching glass.
The bar and over bar are made out of a combination of hardwood and vennered hardwood. Although the actual bar and front facing pannel work is solid, the shelves underneath the bar are made from ply.
The bar itself also has ceramic tiles in it with a Scottish thistle in them, all seem to be intact and undamaged.
The bar and over bar are quite large, sizes below. Some of the edges are quite rough but there is enough timber here to make a very good length of bar.
Sizes as it is main bar - 2.84 m long x 44cm deep and stands 1.08 m tall.
The over bar is 3.85m long x 36cm deep at bottom and 54cm at top it is 48cm tall, there are also 4 stained glass pannels in it measuring aprox 70cm x 32cm.
Would make a great restoration project as it is or easily big enough to make a custom size bar for your own home.
